The Bank of England Museum tells the story of the Bank of England from its foundation in 1694 to its role today as the United Kingdom's central bank.

The Huguenot Legacy Exhibition: 14th Feb 2013 – 10th May 2013
The Huguenots made an immense contribution to every aspect of life in Britain, including banking. The first Governor of the Bank of England, Sir John Houblon, was the grandson of a Huguenot refugee. This exhibition celebrates the achievements of the Huguenots and their early connection with the Bank.  Admission is Free.
